This dvds set is great for beginners who want to learn how to dance. It's well organized and teaches you step by step. It is easy to follow. Each dance is broken down on its own dvd. They show you by your gender; steps are broken down for the man and then the women. They are professional dancers that show you step by step dance moves. It can't get any easier.
