Vitamin C toner

This toner is great on my sensitive skin. I have not had any breakouts while using it. After one use; I could tell the difference in my skin. The toner helps absorb the oil on my t-zone that builds up on my face throughout the day. Looking at the label, it says "not tested on animals". I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
