Simple Baby Steps

Greg J. Kelly’s book,” Simple Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss and True Cellular Health," gave me the insights to understanding that it doesn’t matter how much you weigh, what matters is how healthy you are. Kelly hits it right off the bat by using an excellent example by saying you could be 100 pounds, toxic, sluggish and have a high fat percentile, what good is it being thin if your body is not functioning at optimum health. He also, teaches the reader how the body responds to different foods, medicines in our medicine cabinet and throughout his book he provides you with facts and well-informed research that changes the way we view weight loss and dieting. I recommend this book to anyone who is look for a book that's going to truly help them with their weight lost journey. ** I received this book in exchange for my unbiased review.
