I brought the tank top/nursing shaper to help shrink my stomach due to pregnancy. I had my baby ten weeks ago. The tank is lightweight and breathable material. The tank has slit in the breast part to insert breast pads. The tank is long enough to cover a long torso. The tank you can wash in the delicate cycle and air dry. The only thing I don't like about this tank is that keeps rolling up.
