This product is dermatologist tested, eye irritation tested, and allergy tested. It is also Made in the USA. This serum is formula to promotes fuller, thicker, and longer eyelash and eyebrows. I used this eyelash and eyebrows serum for a month before writing a review and making any conclusions. I used the serum once per day, every day, and some days I even used it twice. I used it on both my upper and lower lashes, and eyebrows. My eyebrows have grown thinker. I haven't seen any changes on my eyelashes yet!
